Lotura - inclusive education programme
Inclusive Education Programme
September - December, 2025
- Inclusion
Educational programme developed with the support of the "La Caixa" Foundation through CaixaBank and the Eduardo Chillida Foundation - Pilar Belzunce
Lotura seeks to create an affective link between the museum and the organisations that work with people at risk of social exclusion and to turn it into a reference space where they can go and feel comfortable.
Lotura is a space for meeting, learning and experimentation. The people who take part in the programme will have the chance to get close to art, to get to know the work of Eduardo Chillida and the place that houses his legacy, but they will also be able to familiarise themselves with and experiment with different artistic disciplines with local artists and creators.
Lotura consists of a programme of 6 two-hour sessions with activities adapted to the needs of each group:
1. Presentation and guided visit to Chillida Leku. Led by: Chillida Leku mediation team.
2. Lotura. Ceramics workshop. Led by: Eider Baile, artist, ceramicist, and educator.
3. When stones, sculptures, and bodies dance. Movement workshop. Led by: Myriam Pérez, dancer and choreographer.
4. What is personal in the collective. Art and creativity workshop. Led by: Zorione Méndez, multidisciplinary artist and educator.
5. Being blue. Cyanotype workshop. Led by: Nagore Legarreta (photographer, multidisciplinary artist, and educator).
6. Matter and emptiness. Art and architecture workshop. Led by: Maushaus (Anabel Varona and Carlos Arruti, architects and educators)
