The museum is open everyday from 10 am to 5pm (except Tuesday and Wednesday).
The museum has a free car park for visitors.

Members of Donostia Kultura can benefit from a 10% discount on admission to the museum and for the anual pass of the museum.
For members of the Realzale programme, 20% of the total amount of tickets and season tickets purchased at CHILLIDA LEKU will be converted into points.
Members of the Institute of Contemporary Art (IAC) enjoy free admission to Chillida Leku upon presentation of their valid membership card at the ticket office.
Partner museums discounts
If you are a Friend of the Museo San Telmo or Artium Museoa, you are entitled to a 50% discount on admission to Chillida Leku.
Likewise, holders of the Chillida Leku Annual Pass benefit from a 50% discount on admission to these museums.

Visitors presenting a recent admission ticket from any of the other three museums are entitled to a 20% discount on general admission.
