Chillida Leku is a unique place: an open-air museum located just 10 minutes from San Sebastián. Eduardo Chillida chose this place for having seen it as the place where his work belonged. The Museum opens its doors to host events of different types for which it has different spaces. To welcome its visitors and event participants, Chillida Leku also has parking.

Pilar room

Chillida Leku has its own private space for events: Sala Pilar. Located in the visitors' pavilion, it underwent a careful renovation during 2019, before the museum reopened. In this update, carried out by the architect Luis Laplace, architecture, interior design, and the best technical qualities have been taken into account to offer a high-level experience for all kinds of events and presentations.

Lurra Cafe

Lurra Café is the result of an agreement between Chillida Leku and Orona Fundazioa. A project that arose at first with the idea of providing healthy and sustainable food to Orona employees and visitors to end up becoming an active agent of the local economy under the premises of social and environmental responsibility. Its proposal is based on the work of the baserritarras –local farmers–, and on the use of products that grow and mature in a circle of 200 kilometers in diameter around Hernani.

Entire museum

During the days that the museum closes to the public (every Tuesday of the year and Wednesdays in November, December, January, and February), its facilities are still available for events. In this way, attendees will be able to exclusively enjoy the entire Chillida Leku space and the guided tours that will be made available to them.
